Kira made the world a better place, especially in the city of Chicago. Everyday people died by the hands of other people. It sickened a college student who grew up on the streets of Chicago, Illinois. The student's name was Pax Foster, a psychology major who was well into getting his PH.D in the desired field. Pax looked up to Kira for ridding the world of criminals, but he also thought Kira was naive, and no where near a God. A God would know the world is filled with corrupt souls, and the ones that are corrupt were not only criminals. The psychologist in training studied human nature, giving him all the more reason to despise it.
